Sweet revenge for Chelsea

Jose Mourinho knows his side only need a point to qualify for the Champions League knockout stages; I doubt he'll set his side out for a draw! The 'Special One' will be looking to take all three points after Basel took all three points at Stamford Bridge earlier this season.

He shouldn't need to motivate his side; 'Revenge' is the only word he should have to say.

Fifty million pound man Torres is available after injury and will be out to score the goals that if Chelsea win, they will finish top of the group.

'Striker Fernando Torres is fit to play in Chelsea's Champions League Group E match in Basel.

Jose Mourinho's side need a draw to advance to the knockout stages and a win would seal top spot, but they lost to the Swiss side at Stamford Bridge.

Spaniard Torres, 29, has recovered from an adductor injury which has seen him miss the past three games.

Defender David Luiz has not travelled to Switzerland because of a bruised patella and will be out for a week.

Mourinho said: "Torres is ready to play. He trained with the team on Sunday and Monday morning with no limitation."

Basel ended Chelsea's 29-match unbeaten run in the group stage of the Champions League with a 2-1 victory in September, but Mourinho's men have since made an impressive recovery.'

It's not the same side that Basel played before, Jose hadn't had much time to put his 'stamp' on the team; now he has they are a different outfit altogether.

Mourinho would love nothing better on his return to do the double; Champions League and Premiership. He might be the 'Special One' but I think that is even beyond him!

A win tonight and confidence will be sky high and they will need it as they take on Southampton on Sunday, a club that sit fifth in the table, just two points behind third placed Chelsea.
